10AM

Well we're a couple hours in and things are going pretty smoothly. The doctor has come in and the nurse says everything is going well. Her guess for baby weight is 7 pounds 6 ounces so feel free to post your guesses below. Right now we don't expect much to happen for at least 2-3 hours.

7lbs 7 oz and 20 inches! Max is happily sailing his yellow submarine in the tub!! Thanks George for singing that song with him, he sure can belt it out. We printed up the words and trying to learn them all to sing to Layla!
